whataday is a productivity and business management app for independent home service professionals. It helps you manage clients, bookings, schedules, tasks, notes, availability, earnings and related business information.

• Account information, such as your name and email address
• Client information you choose to enter
• Bookings, schedules, notes, tasks, prices, payment status and availability
• Support messages you send through the app

• Basic technical and device information needed for the app to work
• App usage information, where applicable
• Location data, only when you grant permission, for features such as local weather

Your account and app data are stored using Supabase (via Lovable Cloud). Signing in may involve email verification and password reset emails.

Pro subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store. whataday does not directly store your payment card information. Subscription status may be managed through RevenueCat.

We may send transactional and support emails using services such as Resend.

Your information may be processed by service providers we need to operate the app, such as Supabase, RevenueCat, Apple and Resend. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers.

We keep your data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You can request or perform account deletion through the app where available. Deleting your account results in deletion of associated account data, subject to any legal or operational retention requirements.

You may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. If you are in the European Economic Area, you may also have rights under the GDPR, including the right to restrict or object to processing, the right to data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. whataday is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 18.

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to protect your information. However, no system can guarantee absolute security.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
